I am a Canadian citizen and Belgium resident living in Brussels. I have been active in the printing industry for more than 20 years, specialising in Digital printing. Previously, with CREO/KODAK I was responsible for the pre-sale analysis and support of Kodak distributors in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Baltic States and the former Soviet republics of Central Asia and subsequently negotiated Kodak’s largest contract in Russia. I also held positions with Fuji Xerox and Canon supporting Russia and the APAC region. Leveraging this business experience along with an engineering background, I have developed a strong track record for defining and implementing total printing solutions for customers.
Mapping and sharing country specific market and competitor information to make and facilitate sound business decisions. Managing projects by ensuring all required documents and data are collected & submitted within the defined time frame. Translating customer needs into concrete product specifications and solutions.
Developed, implemented and led the strategic demonstration processes for regional Graphic Communications sales initiatives as well as direct sales activity within the Integrated Customer Experience Center (ICEC). Established benchmark workflow demonstration strategies and administered of the required resources within ICEC. Represented Fuji Xerox in customer engagements, established and maintained effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Managed business development activities for the company driving Canon sales activities and the acquisition of new business. Collaborated with Product manager and marketing staff to develop business plans, marketing strategies, programs and tactics that support the achievement of the company’s annual business objectives. Maintained a structured analysis of target markets, clients, and documentation in the CRM system.
Led Russia Digital Printing team, developed short and long business plans for the team, ensuring the revenue and activity objectives. Utilized various marketing and business resources to discover new prospects and determine their potential. From August, 2012 acted as freelance Project Manager for Kodak customer. Coordinated project and the client training in Switzerland with vendors to ensure staff is properly trained in the use of equipment.
Responsible for the pre-sale analysis and support of Kodak distributors in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Baltic States and former Soviet republics of Central Asia in their daily operations, order processing, logistics issues and others in order to support and stimulate sales of Kodak commercial products.
Provided front-line telephone diagnostic and technical support for the various hardware, application, and systems elements of Creo's systems for customer and partner companies in the USA and Canada. Understood users’ applications, workflows and process; offered advice and guidance in assisting them to maximize their productivity.
